The Renegade manifold was developed for the performance minded crossfire enthusiast by Dynamic Crossfire Solutions (DCS) that wanted more power from their 82/84 Corvette and 82/83 Camaro, Firebird and Trans Am. I was a partner in DCS and a part of the design and development of that manifold. The Renegade manifold provides a substantial increase in power and will out perform a stock or stock ported or the XRam manifold and will perform even better with a larger cubic inch Gen1 SBC engine. There is nothing on the market like this for the crossfire injection engines in the world.

The Renegade is a two-piece performance aluminum intake manifold designed exclusively for GM engines equipped with the dual throttle body Crossfire Fuel Injection system. The Renegade is the only true OEM style/high performance manifold ever manufactured for these engines which were available in 1982 & 1984 Corvettes and 82 & 83 Camaro, Firebird and Trans AM. The manifold is manufactured in the USA, the Renegade's increased cross-sectional area, advanced runner profile design, increased plenum area, and flow enhancements provides improved power, torque, and gas mileage. Chassis dyno proven initial tests on a stock 82 corvette showed gains of 32 RWHP. The average gain expected is 30 RWHP which is power you can feel.

The Renegade will accommodate modified throttle bodies up to 2.25" bore and will accept all of the stock accessories and brackets as well as EGR, PCV and stock vacuum fittings. The manifold will also fit under the stock hood of all Crossfire equipped vehicles. Manifold weight 21 lbs.

WE PULLED OUR ENTIRE TOOLING FROM EDDY MOTORSPORTS IN CALIFORNIA DUE TO QUALITY MACHINING ISSUES ALONG WITH PORTRAYING THE MANIFOLD AS THEIR OWN PRODUCT EXCLUSIVELY BY PHOTO EDITING OUT THE DCS BRAND NAME LOGO ON THE MANIFOLD DEPICTED IN PHOTOS FROM VARIOUS RESELLERS.
